SSEM MEDICAL-SOUTH AFRICA

Dear Tasso,

I am glad you had a safe trip home. What an experience Tanzania was…

I have attended way more congresses than what I care to remember over the past couple of years. I would like to commend you on the QUALITY of delegates that attended your congress. I was astounded to see MOST of the high profile decision makers in the industry…all under one roof. This was by far the best investment regarding congresses over the past couple of years.

Our stand looked amazing. Registration was a breeze as all the name tags were printed in advance. Everything ran smoothly from your side… I am highly impressed with that since it is deepest darkest Africa and you managed to put a congress together that was well attended by trade as well as quality delegates! It is easy to have a congress with 300 people but none of the decision makers. You, however, managed to get MOST of the decision makers in Africa together. I can only imagine what a mammoth task that must have been.

We have already started to conduct business with some of the countries that we never had success in the previous years.

I am sure you had some unsatisfied visitors. My opinion is that they are spoiled and didn’t see Africa for what it is. Those poor souls ruined a very special opportunity to embrace Africa for what it is. I was pleasantly surprised at the breathtakingly beautiful hotel in the middle of nowhere… I didn’t have hot water for the whole week but I wasn’t going to be sour about that and ruin such an amazing experience! The food wasn’t the best I’ve had but hey, it’s Africa, at least we HAD food!

Your ability to accommodate and change venues at the drop of a hat is commendable and the “Blue Light Brigade” escort to the venues was amazing!

Thank you again for all your effort. Thanks to you I had an amazing adventure in Africa!

I am sure our paths will cross again!

Kindest regards,
Zelda van Staden
