The highlight of these rolling grasslands and Acacia savannas are the Big 5 (Elephant, Buffalo, Lion, Leopard, and Rhino) To say the least, it definitely crowns the climax of every other safari in Kenya.

Apart from the famous “Big 5”, the Masai Mara is known for another natural spectacle – The Great Migration. It is an annual activity which includes the migration of over one million wildebeest, zebra, gazelle etc from the Serengeti in Northern Tanzania to Kenya by crossing over the Mara River in search of fresh green feeding pastures. This is generally visible in the Masai Mara region in July or August.

The long day comes to an end with a delicious dinner and overnight rest at your chosen camp or lodge.
